Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to multiple locations outside the EU. Shipping outside these regions is not available at this time.


2. Shipping Costs

We keep it simple: free shipping on all orders from €40, including tracked delivery for peace of mind.


3. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code by email to follow your delivery.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 4–8 business days.

Delivery may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking code by email so you can monitor your parcel and delivery status online.


6. Delivery Issues or Lost Parcels

Is your parcel missing or heavily delayed? Email us at info@herdelica.com and we’ll help you right away.

Does tracking show “delivered” but you didn’t receive it? Please check with neighbours or your local pickup point.

Note: We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please double-check your details before completing your order.


7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return your order under our 30-day return policy:

  • The item must be undamaged, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Contact us at info@herdelica.com to register your return.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
