Our 30-day return period starts on the day your order is delivered, not on the purchase date. The return window begins once the parcel has been handed over to you.

Cancel order:
Contact us at info@herdelica.com before your order ships. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Note: this is only possible within 24 hours after the order confirmation.

Damaged on delivery:
Please check your order upon arrival. If an item was damaged in transit, contact us immediately and include photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement, return, or refund.

Changed your mind:
Return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Contact us to start the return process.
